hello, I have an i7 4770k overclocked at 4.2 GHz (stable), NVidia gtx 770, gigabyte g1 sniper 5 Mother board, 16gb 1600 ram and windows 8 (64bit), when I run minecraft with shaders (very realistic lighting), everything runs fine for a minute or two, and then my fans speed up suddenly and my frame rate drops from 70 to 20 until they hit 0, ive seen people with computers with lower specs running this just fine, why cant I?
When I close minecraft java keeps running and really uses up a lot of cpu power, is that it? is jave just being stupid for some reason?
