Whats the minimum CPU and GPU required to run Battlefield 4 at High or Ultra settings?
E.g. Im planning to build a computer with the AMD FX 8320 CPU and the MSI Radeon R7260X overclocked 2GB GPU
Will this be able to run Battlefield 4 at High or Ultra settings with a decent Fps? E.g. 40-60Fps Thx

How much are you willing to pay for the whole computer?

No way the 260x can. You need to think way bigger.

Yeah you need a more powerful GPU for ultra. R9 280X or GTX 770 for ~60 FPS at 1080p ultra. For high, a GTX 750 Ti might do - otherwise an R9 270 should do the trick.

So how fast on high settings can I run it? How about at 720p?

The R7 260X would do medium at 1080p and probably high at 720p (maybe ultra, but probably not smoothly).

Youtube videos can easily be fake.

But I haven't seen any (reliable) benchmarks at 720p ultra, so it's possible it would run alright on the 260X. I just wouldn't count on it.

High settings still look pretty good though, IMO the difference between medium and high is much more noticeable than the difference between high and ultra.

Yeah I would expect more like 50-60 FPS at 720p high. Maybe even more than 60. Ultra would cut framerates down a lot, but might still be playable.

Do you have the 8320 already?
Because with the difference in price between the fx 8320 and the fx 6300 could you probably get a better gpu.
