Budget for 1000$ CPU + Motherboard + GPU + Memory + PSU

I'm not really the biggest consummer in the hardware side.

I'm looking for a computer that can run After-effect, photoshop, and illustrator and also an ability to run Titanfall game.

I prefer Intel more but is AMD combo a choice to pick ?

Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD5H Socket 1150 Intel Z87 Chipset Motherboard
Intel Core i7-4770K
ASUS GeForce GTX 770 2GB GDDR5 (GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5)

OR

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
AMD Bulldozer X8 FX-8350 (125W) Eight Core
ASUS Radeon R9 270 2GB GDDR5 (R9270-DC2OC-2GD5)

Or do you guys have other suggestions ?

  1. well, intel option is obviously better in term of performance. and it costs way more expesive than AMD combo
  2. i prefer first one (its for overclocking cause cpu with K and mobo with Z)and the second build cpu its not good for gaming.

you can start from this list
    -- 16GB ram for aftereffect
-- nvidia GPU for mercury playback engine in after effect
    -- cheaper mobo
