Fuzzy and Blurry Text and Picture

My display is fuzzy in text and blurry in video. I don't know what the problem is. I'm using a Viewsonic VT2430 LCD tv. I have it hooked up to my Desktop PC GPU by hdmi to hdmi on tv. No matter what resolution I put is the same. Please help. Here a picture on Imgur if I can post it. http://imgur.com/TaCajPN

The resolution must match the native of the monitor/TV to be clear.

The monitor is at 1080p 60Hz as we speak and I set the screen resolution at 1920x1080 and that's what I got in the image I posted.

That image is at 720p. From my perspective looks clear and clean. I think your having a display issue. Try going into you graphics cards control center.

Nvidia Control Center or Catalyst Control Center for AMD. Try to change it from there.

I at the Nvidia control panel and under Display tab. I tried each of them, but any below 1920x1080 makes the screen shrink with the same blurry and fuzzy text. The option I have are are 1080p or 1080i and it is followed by a comma and the resolution. Example (1080p, 1920 x 1080)

1080p is better prograssive scan improves image clarity and so on. I think you have a monitor issue as the image was clear for me but only at 720 as i mentioned.

Okay, thank you. I guess to solve the problem is just get a new monitor then.
