Recovery of data

I have accidentally formatted all drives of my laptop and dint take up the backup.Earlier the configuration of the drive was 129 GB in which the data was stored. And now after formatting it has been changed to 320 GB.
I want to ask whether it is possible to recover the data that i have lost?
PLz help!!!!!!

Let's say 1/50. It's ridiculous to recover something wiped and used as something else. So you'll have to really try or just leave it to the shop.

if you did an format and the places on the hard drive where the old data was stored if it has not been over written you may be able to get the data back with this.

if you did a fdisk or change the drive partion info the data may be lost.
