is 90c too hot?

90C is a bit toasty. its not terribly dangerous or anything to run a gpu at 90C, but for how long, that makes a difference. If you have that running at 90C for an hour at a time or longer (average gaming session) then you can be degrading the life of that card drastically. Heat causes eventual failure.
