will i be able to play games with 30 fps like far cry3,battlefield 4,cod ghosts,ac4

yeah with varied settings.

That i3 540 is the only thing really holding you back.

This would be better as the 8320 is a decent CPU. I'd suggest a good i5 or i7 really... for long term. If you wanted to keep priced down and you dont plan on overclocking or something get a non-k CPU this will not let you overlclock but will retain its performance of the stock CPU which at the stock the i5 4670 and i7 4770....etc will still run just fine.

He's using a different CPU and mobo this time, the FX8320 instead of the 8350 and the le version of the m5a97.

The 4670k is not 25 grand. That's the price of a 4770k.
Get a 3570k instead. It's 16 grand.

UPDATE: the 4670k is also 16 grand.
