You in effect need a special modem many times called a csu/dsu. This would then attach to a router via a special serial cable. They also make the modem on a small card you can put inside of a router, You will not find consumer "routers" that can accept this you need a true router rather than a internet gateway which is mostly what the stores sell.

If you do not know what you are doing you are best purchasing the leased line as a "managed" circuit. This means the provider will place the routers on each end and make sure they function properly. They will give you ethernet type of connections which you then can connect to your lan switches.

If you want to spend the time to learn to set these routers up you can get small commercial routers from both cisco and juniper. The interface you want to look for is called a E1. Many times these are add in cards to base routers. If you want a specific example you could use a cisco 1941 with a VWIC3-1MFT-T1/E1 interface card. This may not be the cheapest way to do it but you will need to do your own research.

This is called a google search then. I can tell you how to solve a particular issue in a short comment but you will have to read one of the many documents on the internet if you want education on the general topic. There is no short cut on this and why most people just pay the provider as a manged service.

Like I said if you want a solution that works go buy the cisco I suggested with the interface card and you can hook it up with a ethernet cable...it is not running ethernet it just can use the same cable.
