I need help with my build

So , i have a budget of 650€ and i would like a gaming PC , in about three months , and i need some opinions on this build :

What should i change ? I'm not so sure about the PSU and the fan

All looks OK to me. Usually people here are using the EVO version of the cooler.

The problem with PartPicker is that there's no part numbers. I'd check if the ram is on the approved list for the mobo.

A good build, but it'll became a lot more balanced if you get the FX 8320 or even the 6300 for the CPU and spend the saved money on a better GPU.

My actual pc is a HP pavilion g7 1320eb laptop so i decided i would get an upgrade , as i like playing games like skyrim , borderlands 2 , bf3/4 ...

Out of those two builds, I'd get the AMD, it'll give you more bang for your buck.

Which cooler ? The stock amd's cooler or the hyper 212 + cooler ?
I kinda wanted an i5-4670 but it's really overpriced , it's almost as pricy as my gpu
EDIT : Actually for ~40 more bucks i can get the 4670

The stock has the paste applied on it out of the box and the 212 Evo is the same or then it comes with a tube of its own, I'm not 100% sure. Either way, you won't need the additional paste.

I think you should go with that build, but ditch the motherboard and get a cheap B85 one. Z87 motherboards can overclock (the CPU can't) and they support SLI, which makes them a lot more expensive.

By the way, I just noticed you could save money by getting this power supply, which is actually a little bit better. The only downside is that it isn't semi-modular (meaning it has no removable cables).

I prefer semi-modular psu's , because the of the fact that i have to rearrange every cable in the back of the case . Anyway thank you , i don't need any more help . I'll let my mother choose one of these builds

I'll maybe start doing some photoshop stuff , so i decided i'll get 16GB of ram and an unlocked i7-4770K .
I'm getting everything the next week , i'll tell you how it turned out
