I try to connect my usb flafh memory to my pc with win 7 os and it is not working properly. I can see it in "my device" and also in "disk management" but it has no volume in the my computer window
1- all of my usb port is ok and other flash memory work
2- this flash work on the other PC's and it is empty
3- I use Kaspersky Internet security
4- I didn't see any eror on the event windows
5- in the "manage" section I use disk management and I can see the memory but it hasn"t any volume and I cant change every thing like as format or new volume and etc
