Are graphics cards sold by other companies the same as the original ones?

Is a graphics card sold by a company like MSI the same as the original one? (Not in terms of preformance, but things like size etc)

Sometime they are bigger than the reference card because their custom cooler is bigger and/or their custom PCB is bigger.

They may differ in sizes but in PINs they are somewhat similar though there are classifications of their PINs.

In most cases they are identical side by side. The only thing that differs is the cooling units that 3rd party companies put on them. CArds like the Classified Series of the 780 and 780 Ti's change the PCB size for a couple features and high quality RAM modules.
