Hi, I have a question about SSDs and HHDs. I want to ask if, or to be more precise when, my SSD smaller SSD gets filled up to it's max, will my bigger HDD automatically take over?
The answer to your question is no, the hard disk drive will not take over when an solid state drive is full. If the ssd become full, then it will no longer work properly. You might be able to read data but you will not be able to write or save data to the ssd. You need to move data folders and files from the ssd to another drive before the ssd becomes full.
Alternatively you can use the Intel SRT feature if you are building a new machine. Just ensure you get a chipset that supports it. Essentially you use a 60GB SSD to cache your spinning disk. It shows up in your OS like a spinning disk would, but the cache makes your highly used files fast like they were on an SSD.

You said that I need to move data folders. Which ones are safe to move? Like, can I move my programs (86x) folder over to my HDD? Sorry if this question sounds dumb, but I'm pretty new to having two hard drives. (Before I only had one, and that was a HDD)

Nooo, do not try to 'move' the Programs folder.
SSD for OS and applications, HDD for other static files. Docs/Music/Video...
