My ASUS 13.3" notebook vivo died in first 2 months, black screen, no light, nothing. I bought the ASUS laptop from Best Buy which is located at Minneapolis, USA. Currently I am in Nigeria, Africa. I dont know how and where to send my ASUS laptop to the US for repairs. My 1 year warranty has not expired.
