Considering the certification is solid and same for every PSU shouldn't it be reliable?

Holy...you people make me wonder how the hell did i get a pc for 500 USD, yes it is totally worth the money, the performance it will get you is awesome, maybe a little too much wattage, but a very good build =0

what wattage do you recommend?

hmm...H81 with i5 4670k? -k procs are for OC and non-Z87 is not for OC.
I would not take -k procs with non-Z87 mobo.
If you are not gonna OC, it would be better to take i5 4570 to bring the budget down even more or pick E3-1230V3 to have more performance.
You can save money from that extra proc fan and go for the CM Hyper 212 too, if you are not OCing.
If you are gonna OC, replace th H81 with any Z87 mobo.

Now, the PSU.
From the power rating, you have more than enough. But I would not go for unknown PCU brands. I would rather pick Seasonic, XFX; Corsair, Antec, Rosewill, etc. as long the brand is really well known and have good reputation.

Agree, the FSP unit is average at best quality. The ratings don't have a thing to do with quality. Get a z87 mother for sure or dro pthe cooler and the K series CPU because you cannot overclock on that h81 board.

Get a 650w PSU from Antec, XFX, Seasonic, Corsair (not CX, CS, RM)
