I would probably go with a bit more GPU and a bit less CPU to get the best bang for the buck. Here is an option:

I included a much better keyboard and mouse option than you listed above, so keep that in mind. The case I listed is also pretty well reviewed, but it's up to you on which case/parts that you like.
