Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB (2x8GB):
1600MHz w/ CL7 or 1866MHz w/ CL9?
I was wondering is OCing is safe-ish and if I did OC the 1600MHz to 1866MHz would the CAS Latency only need to be pushed to CL8? Or if it would in fact end up having the same specs overall and I could just go with the 1866MHz w/ CL9 upfront?
