Will ati hd 4650 run on 240watt PSU?

I want to ask that I have 240watt PSU,49watt pci e slot amd that will be enough for ati hd 4650 or not?
my specs:
core 2 duo 2.13ghz
2gb RAM
pci e slot:3.3v with 15amps.

Yes I think you should be ok. I believe the max TDP wattage of the hd460 is about 48W (correct me if im wrong) and so you should be fine. http://www.gpureview.com/radeon-hd-4650-pci-e-card-580....

You can use a power supply calculator to just make sure because I don't know how efficient your PSU is and the power draw for the rest of your system. http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp
