Far Cry 3 Ram usage

So I was wondering
Since I have lower FPS in populated areas in FC3
Is FC 64 bit and is it using as much ram as possible?
Since lowering graphical settings isn't boosting my FPS or anything in such manner

Any help is appreciated

FC3 usues between 700-900mb of ram on my system. That is at 1920x1080 ultra settings no AA. It almost sounds like a CPU bottleneck to me, but we need your specs to be sure.

Sorry for the late response
I am 100% sure it isn't a bottleneck or a weak CPU

Mobo: ASRock 970Xtreme3 R2.0
CPU: AMD FX 8120
GPU: HD 7770
RAM: Is 8GBs of cheap samsung 1400 Mhz ram
This is the only useful information
All components are kept cool very well throughout gaming on full load
The hottest a component has ever been was 41C and that was my video card

I have the same problem on SR4 BTW
And turning down graphical settings didn't help there either
