facing little hick ups

Hey everyone.. I jst installed the AMD R7 240 1gb DDR5 on my pc .. M facing a little hick ups or say little lags while playing gta4 nfs hot pursuit 2010.. What might be the problem ?? Driver update ??

That GPU is not meant for gaming. Turn all visual settings down, that should reduce lag.

It is meant for gaming.. Many of people using it.. Even after reducing the settings there are lags Bt not many very little.. I don't know what it is

It is a very low end GPU. It is slow. Those games are fairly difficult for it to run. It is meant to game for games like... Minecraft...

.. I mean while i play burnout its buttery smooth..
if there's an issue in the gpu so it should run the game without that hick up in low settings in low settings it does that tiny hick up agian

Burnout is ancient dude. There is no issue with the GPU. It is weak. Your CPU is weaker. That creates lag. It is all working as intended, but it is not made for those games.

Then what about those guys who are playing these games at ultra settings with this gpu .. Yes have better cpu's ram etc..
i guess it might be the driver issue ??

Its pentium r-dual core, 2gig ram, this is my first graphic card, from hick up i mean like playing the race game goes slow for a half a second then ok for 2 seconds .. Then again....

That is exactly it, they have better processors, better RAM. One component sorta capable of running these games will not give you maximum performance when your other components will not allow it. This is called a bottleneck.
