69°C for an AMD Radeon R9 270X is great depending on the specific brand and model.

If it's a Sapphire Toxic R9 270X I would have expected 63°C when running Furmark stability testing but based on the GPU clock speed in your picture I know it isn't.

AMD Reference Design Radeon R9 270X cards usually reach 83°C when running Furmark stability testing.
 


I'm using a 30", 2560x1600 resolution monitor.

The graph on the bottom of the OP's picture shows: GPU 1: 69°C (min: 36°C - max: 70°C)

i used 1080p because i play games on that res ... :) i have 270x sapphire dual x edition of the card and i oced from 1020 to 1140 and from 1400 to 1500 and have about 70c on furmark 10 mins ... but i noticed when i play thief maxed out with 1080p for about 30mins it dont go over 53 54c :) and i heard that furmark isnt good ? and yes min temp are not 32 i runed it 2 times in a row ... idle temps are 26 27c .. i also runed unigine heaven benchmark for 30 mins and max temp is 62 is that good temps for oc ?

it overheats and streeses the card really bad ... and games are not that streesfull not close :) i looked on forums and most of people say its good only for overheating card xD

That's only if you run it for an extended period of time. You should use it to stress test your card the same way you would use Intel Burn Test or Prime95 to stress test your CPU after an OC. I have been using Furmark for many years on every machine I've built. And I've built a lot. Never an issue. Now, if folks don't know how to use Furmark, well... that's another discussion.
