Didn't see the 2gb of RAM. Yes, the i3 is a dual core, but it is a powerful dual core. Sure it's not futureproof, but it is better than an APU. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3ryxe This is probably the best build for you. It's pretty balanced, 8gb of RAM which will last you for a while, good graphics card, good CPU, nothing amazing, but nothing would be considered lacking. Really the best you'll get for the cost.

A dual core won't do anything well, especially is you are trying to future proof a PC. That will bottleneck considerably compared to a quad core, especially in CPU heavy games like BF4. The graphics card is fine for current gen, I'd just never even consider a dual core in a new PC, definitely if you want a more future proof PC

What about RAM as when i did a previous post people said that my intel had too little.
Can you possible suggest a way to improve the 2nd one?

If you really want future proof, get at least a quad core. That'll last longer than a dual core ever will
