I am having a PC with INTEL Pentium dual core E5200 @2.50 GHz, 2 GB Ram,
DG31PR Intel motherboard, PCI EXPRESS X16, 1.0 slot.

I would like to buy Gainward NVIDIA 2GB DDR3 GT610 2 GB DDR3 Graphics Card

http://www.flipkart.com/gainward-nvidia-2gb-ddr3-gt610-...

Please let me know whether it is compatible or not and please suggest any suitable graphic card
(Budget : below 3000 INR)

Thanks Regards.

That card should be fine. The amount of VRAM will not matter as far as compatibility. Just be aware that the PCI Express 2.0 card will only operate at PCI Express 1.0 bandwidth. (4GB/Sec vs 8GB/Sec)

Also if you are gaming, that graphics card would not be a good choice.

The GT 430 runs about the same price as the GT 610 here in the States (~$40). See if it is within your budget where you live. The GT 430 is faster than the GT 610:
