Antec 550W Gold Rated PSU

OR

Corsair CX750M Modular - 80 Plus PSU

Or possibly a B700 or CM600 from cooler master? (However I heard these are really bad)

That still didn't really answer my question, unless i phrased it wrong. Is the Antec 550w Gold sufficient enough/better than the Cx750M to support a Fx8350, R9 290 Gigabyte 3X, 8gb 1600mhz ram, 1TB hard drive etc.

Not if you're planning to overclock the AMD FX 8350.

It's the only PSU in your list that has sufficient +12V rail capacity to handle overclocking of both the CPU and GPU.

Hi,
I understand you want three 290s.
For 3x 290 you need 6x an 8p (6+2)p PCIe connectors + enough power. For 2x I would suggest 1000W to have some headroom, depending also if you overclock even more.

I would choose the XFX but its a prebuilt system and I only have the choice between the two. Thanks anyways guys!
