Howdy folks,
I own an averace core2duo with an okay clock speed of 2.53 GHZ( able to overclock to 2.54 through bios! LOL)
Acceptable RAM 4GB DDR3,
500 GB HARD DRIVE
INTEX 250W PSU
and finally the facepalming GPU.. A mother***** Geforce 210....

Help me find a fair enough graphics card so that i can play good 2-3 years old( latest also if possible :p )
Without changing my PSU,
I would be more than happy to play any game like Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag, Far Cry 3(ghosh! I adore vaas) max payne 3(that voice) at decent setting of
1280X768
All settings on MED.

Yo pps! Am not at all a hardcore gamer! Just a medical student, who just need to play some cool games as stress bustaa!

Thank you all
CHEERS :)

Go for the new Nvidia GTX 750ti. It only has a TDP of 60w and performance is quite good. No additional power connection is required from the PSU. All power is provided by the motherboard. I don't think you can go wrong with it. See below for an example:
