3770k Vs 4770k

I can't predict the future, but the i7 4770k is better in every way and it costs less too, so I see no reason to get the 3770k over the 4770k.

EDIT: On Newegg, the 4770k is actually 10$ more than the older one, but I'd still get it over the other.

Will I see much performance difference between those 2 systems?

RAM: G.SKILL Sniper Low Voltage Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) (PC3 12800)

of course you will, the one with the 290x graphics card will get MUCH better performance in games...16gb of DDR3 ram might be excessive for video games, if you do some specific stuff it may be useful to you i don't know but for gaming it's pointless to have anything more than 8gb...
