DDR3 and DDR2 in a same supporting board

Is it possible to put or combine DDR3 2GB and DDR2 2GB in a same supporting board
i had this Asrock H61M VS3 Board that supports DDR2 and DDR3

The Intel H61 chipset does not support the use of DDR2 memory.

Asrock H61M-VS3 doesn't use DDR2 memory.

Yes and no, depends on the memory controller of the motherboard.
But with most boards I know of it`s DDR2 populated.
Or DDR 3 populated.

Not mixed.
Due to a fact of memory addressing and alike.

No. Even the rare boards that supported both had to be all one or all the other.

Like all the other posts my answer is the same.

Firstly, your motherboard doesn't have a DDR2 slot so there is no way you can install DDR2 and it will not fit in a DDR3 slot.

I had a motherboard which supported both DDR2 and DDR3- ASUS P5G41C - M LX. However, from theory and from my own experience I know that you can install only one of them, both will not work together.
