Custom Build Computer Randomly Crashes

My PC randomly crashes. So let me explain, yesterday I was playing GTA IV then suddenly my screen went black and I could hear the messed up audio buzzing sound. I decided to turn off my PC and turn it back on then it said "NO INPUT SIGNAL". So I switched monitors and put the DVI cable into my motherboard it worked fine. So I decided to try the DVI in the GPU and that worked fine. My GPU runs at about 63 degrees on maxed settings Crysis 3 so it may be the GPU's overheating problem. Ironically it's the ASUS Radeon HD 7870 2GB Direct CU II. Today the same thing happened while playing Far Cry 3. My PC's working fine now but I want to know if someone else had this problem and if there's a solution.

My Specs:
GPU: ASUS HD 7870 2GB Direct CU II (Just put the power limit to 20% using AMD Overdrive)
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K (Stock, No OC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87X-SLI
PSU: 750W Corsair CX Semi-Modular
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz
Case: Zalman Z11 Plus

SOLUTION: I update to the latest BETA AMD Catalyst Driver - 14.3 and I have no crashes now.

I have HDD cooling fans on the side of my case.

I also used to get this in some games with a specific game version and driver version.

Another consideration is if all your temps are OK, try powering off, re-seat your RAM and run Memtest for a couple hours or at least 5 passes. Sometimes a memory error will cause random glitches like this.

I did re seat the ram, however I'll try it again and put the ram in different slots. I'll also re seat the GPU and put it in a different slot.

OK, so I re seated the memory and put it into different slots (8x2). That works. However, I reseated the gpu and put it into a different slot and it's not being picked up. Also my audio doesn't work. I think the mobo and gpu are screwed. I'll try my brothers hd 6450 and call up gigabyte about the mobo.

It's crashed again. I'm gonna try the gpu in my cousins pc. If it crashes I'll refund my gpu and mobo

OK, so I've found out that the gpu has a factory problem and that this occurs. Only with the hd 7870. So I'll exchange it for an ASUS R9 270X 2GB DirectCU II. I would've got the TOXIC model by Sapphire but it won't fit in my case
