Solution
The drivers on the board disc are likely out of date, so updating with the latest from ASUS' site is one thing you could try.

There is a driver for the integrated gpu on the cpu (and so technically would fall under the motherboard driver area)

Grab the latest driver for your dedicated gpu card from the manufacturer's website (so in this case from AMD, you should be able to find it on there).
The latest BIOS update is also available from ASUS' site, along with all the motherboard drivers I mentioned before. I remember there being any BIOS updates on the disc.

First off, the sabertooth does not have integrated graphics, so I am not sure what you mean when you say the "onboard" one, considering there is only one card, and it should be in your PCI express slot. Try booting into safe mode with networking and installing the drivers from there.

Meaning on board as in my CPU has a video card and the board has a hdmi slot apart from the slots and already tried that once I install the driver and I reboot to desktop screen goes black .

Thanks it worked . For some reason my integrated video wasn't installed right so had to start with my video card unplugged and I plugged into integrated video slot and it installed right from there and got all the drivers and such , thanks
