I have no idea why i am being throttle while I am under temp limits of my cpu. I'm using an amd fx6300 and in the process of finding my max OC at stock voltages, so at stock olatages right now, I am being throttled to about 1.5GHZ on a 4.2 GHz OC. Help? What are your suggestions?

@Eduello It's somewhat hard to tell you but after about 4 mins it peaks at then throttles
Package temp:50 C
CPU:59
The max package temp(core temp) is supposd to be 62 C and max CPU(socket temp) is supposed to be 70C
NOTE: It doesnt throttle for very long but it does throttle for a good minute.

i guess some power-saving function is not working/configured as it should

a lot of those options aren't available on my mobo, especially the DIGI+ power control, also Cool n' quiet becomes unavailable after changing some setting ~ i forget, bottom line is, my crappy mobo cant change DIGI+. I did everything else though.
