okay i will try this option...but my pc expert says that i have to upgrade mother board...the board i use is basic and designed to perform for phenom ii x2 means only two cores and two threads but when i overclocked it the CPU properties changes to phenom ii x4 means 4 core and 4 threads(shows in CPUz) are unlocked in comparison to that MB is less compatible towards 4 core....i think.....

Your motherboard is AM3 and should support quad cores. However the board itself is not the cream of the crop. While it'll get the job done, there are other more stable boards out there.

Is it worth it to get a new motherboard and probably re-install Windows? That's your call. I'm sure it has the capability to unlock the cores, but make sure they are all stable. It sounds like one of them is not stable. This is why they were locked and sold as dual cores.
