Hello, I'm new here. I just broke my Logitech G35 and sennheiser px 100-ii they are both great for movies. But g35 is by far better than sennheiser in gaming. And I prefer g35 a little bit more than PCX-II in watching a movie. It has greater bass and creepy surrounded sound. G35 is also very good for listening to dubstep music, sennheiser does a little better job.

In conclusion these 2 headphones are great for every area, but I just recently bought HD598, It's very amazing for acoustic music but it lacks of bass. I only use them for listening to acoustic music. It's worse than PCX-II when listening to dubstep music. When using HD598 for watching movie and gaming, I think it's far worse than Logitech G35, but it's on par with PCX-II.

I have no amplifier, dac and soundcards....all that stuffs. I'm new to audio...I would say I use 40% of my laptop for youtube and listening to music, 30% for gaming and 30% for movies.

Could you help me enhance this sennheiser HD598? I only have 50 dollars left on hands. I don't know what to buy and what software to install. I also just broke my laptop headphone jack, my sennheiser 3.5mm jack bent a little bit but still working fine on other devices. So I'm thinking about buying an external usb soundcard for fixing these problems.

Is asus xonar u3 is good for this one or would you recommend anything else

Can I also install Razer Surround Personalized 7.1 Gaming Audio Software for my Sennheiser HD598?

I need more bass and surround sound and fixing the jack problem.

Thankyou very much, sorry for my bad english.
