This is my first ever build and I want to create a good computer, would everything on here be good for gaming, and will I have any compatibility issues? The system will be running games like Battlefield, Call of Duty and such for a 1080p Monitor. Also I know the prices of everything and am on a budget of around £550 but would like to keep it below £510 if possible. The specs are as followed:

Graphics card: (MSI NVIDIA GTX650ti boost 2GB DDR5 PCI-E Graphics Card)

Hard Drive: (Western Digital 1TB internal Hard Drive - Caviar Blue (3.5 inch)

Processor: (Intel Core i5 4440 Quad Core CPU Retail (Socket 1150, 3.10GHz, 6MB, 84W,
Extended Memory 64 Technology, Execute Disable Bit)

Ram: (Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 Mhz CL9 XMP Performance Desktop Memory Kit Black)

Wifi-card: (TP-Link TL-WN781ND 150Mbps Wireless PCI Express Adapter + Low Profile Bracket)

Tower: (CiT Mars Midi Tower Part-Mesh Gaming Case with 2x Red LED Fans and LED Display)

Power Unit: (ACE 750W BR PSU with 12cm Red Fan and PFC - Black)

MotherBoard: (Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard (Socket AM3+, Up to 16GB DDR3, USB 3.0, uATX)

Oh okay, could you help me find one? I might've found one but tell me if it would work. MSI LGA1155 INTEL B75A-G41 ATX Motherboard (4x DDR3, GBE LAN, 4x USB3 HDMI) Also is it up to date and would it be good for what I'm doing with it?

Lol... no it won't spontaneously combust or melt or anything like that... its a decent board and will work well for what you are using it for.

Hmm. Could you try to find one that is cheaper? This is £30 dearer than my other mobo, it's still £50 under my budget but I'd like to keep it as low as possible. Is there one that is cheaper and will do the same thing?

CPU AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core £105.59
CPU Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing £25.20
Motherboard Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ £61.99
Memory Patriot Viper 3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 £52.30
Storage Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM £42.73
Video Card Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB £189.99
Case Zalman Z5 Plus ATX Mid Tower £29.99
Power Supply XFX 550W ATX12V / EPS12V £46.98
Total: £554.77

this will run most games on very high settings at 1080p, ultra 720p

i would recommend a micro-atx board cuz they usually dont have a vrm heatsink and get hot and dont last as long. and i dont see why you want the 650 ti boost so badly, you can afford the 760, and the graphics card is the most important part for a gaming pc. even if you dont want the 760, the 750 ti is the same price as the 650ti boost but its faster.

Dude, I don't need a lecture on how much better the card is. I just wanted to know if the setup would work or not....IF there's a mobo that does the same as the one I have that's cheaper please list it.

That depends if he lives in the United States. I don't know if it's just the Spanish version of PCPartpicker, but the Spanish version doesn't have all the components when they ARE available on Amazon. It's really weird. For example, it doesn't have an i5-4670K, but it's on Amazon ES!
