Hello, I have a RM 1000 w power supply and im trying to figure out where to plug my 2nd card into. i see the slots my first card is in but i cant tell which ports are the same ports only the first one is labeled and the peripherals & sata is labeled. If anyone has the same thing as me and can tell me which to plug into would be great. i'm probably just dumb and this shouldn't be a question.

there should be a 8-pin and a 6-pin plug in the card, and that is where you plug the power into. now, for sli you need an sli bridge, which should have come with the mobo or the cards. if you dont have one, you will have to buy one online for a few bucks.

true, but sometimes they send an sli bridge with the gpu, and sometimes dont include an sli bridge with an sli compatable mobo. but usually, you are right about that.
