My Pc Turns On But Displays Nothing!

Hi all I have a probleme with my PC it Turns On But Displays Nothing i hear the CPU Fan and the PSU fan and i noticed that the light of the ethernet cable is off i tried many things like Clearing the CMOS using the jumper and i unpluged all the attached cables inside the PC case and pluged it againe and same thing for the RAM but nothing changes so i want a solution please help me and thank you
P.S:My PSU is 450 W and i dont have a Graphic Card

Yes, please post your complete system specs. Is this a new build, or did it just stop working? Perform all the steps in this troubleshooting checklist and let us know how it goes.

here are my sytem specs
CPU: intel Pentium G645 2.9 ghz
RAM : 4GB DDR 3
mobo : foxconn H61MXE-V
i dont have a Graphic Card
it was running great but one day my PSU failed it stops working so i bought a new one since then my PC had 2 problems in less than 2 monthes !!!!
1-this probleme
2-the PC turns on but i hear a nois on the PSU Fan
yesterday morning it was running great but today....nothing

What is the model number for your 450W PSU? What is the model number for your 4GB of RAM? Have you tried booting with each stick of RAM by itself to see if the PSU that failed damaged the RAM? A cheap PSU will cause all sorts of problems. My guess is that you don't have a quality PSU since you didn't post the model number for it.

thats so true i didnt post the model number because the company is a local company only in my country and the PSU is so cheap but i will buy a thermaltake PSU
also about my RAM its Xena 4GB DDR3 i guess it's a local company too
but now what should i do
and i have one stick of 4GB RAM
