Hello. I am helping someone to buy a laptop for their nephew. The price range is max £250. I just want to know if the HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11-e030sa (refurbished) is a good laptop for this price. Click here for the link. If it is not any good, please recommend a better one (Touchscreen is not required.).

To be honest no...laptops are more expensive than desktops, and even on desktops is hard to get a good gaming PC running with £250...i think i am being too hard on that laptop...but i didn't see any GPU, only a poor APU :/

Yeah that laptop is moderate for browsing the internet and playing flash games in the browser. Anything more than that will be too much for it.
