have a asrock p67 extreme 4 gen 3 board. had my ram reading at 2133 before a bios update to 2.10 had to update for the new ivy bridge I got. now if I manual set ram or use the xmp profile it has 2 of those I tried both and it boot loops until I clear cmos. timing I used were 11 11 11 30 with 1.65 and 1.60 volts. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0050119O0/ref=oh_details_o06_s00_i05?ie=UTF8&psc=1
ram I am using thanks for any help. ram reads at 1600 with no problems and it passes prime95 and memtest without issues set at 1600

Solution
With the lates BIOS, enable XMP select profile 1, and rasis the MC (memory controller) voltage to 1.15, believe it's VCCIO or CPUVTT on your mobo
