Good deal for a gaming PC?

Hi everyone, I figured I would post this question up real quick before I decide to buy. I haven't posted here before but I constantly refer to the site for answers to my questions and for that I appreciate all the communities hard work! I'm looking at purchasing a PC or building my own and surfed craigslist for a while and feel that I might have found a good deal. I'm hoping someone can help clarify if it is or not. I understand that there's pros and cons to building your own or purchasing used. I'm really not in it for the "educational experience" although I think it would be neat. I'm really frugal and I really just want to make sure I'm getting the most bang for my buck.

Quick summary of requirements:
Running dual monitors at a decent resolution (1920 x 1080?) with a size of around 24in
Playing great games at high settings (primarily MMO games but I dabble in FPS from time to time, but honestly not that much)
I like the idea of feeding out my PC stream to an HDMI TV (720p)
I also stream online sometimes

One thing I want to say is that I don't know much about overclocking or getting hard into a BIOS, I just want a great experience everytime I turn it on.

I understand his prices are off (sometimes quite a bit) but do you all think this is a good deal for a total of $850 bucks? I'll be purchasing another monitor which will get me to about $1000.

For this budget do you think I could do better while also getting 2 monitors, and a gaming keyboard (mechanical) by building myself? Thanks all!

Thats a pretty good deal, but Idk if Rosewill is a good PSU Brand, i hear its a good computer case but thats about it. But overall that pretty nice if you get all that for $850. If you buy that with the original price its worth almost $2000 excluding that extra monitor

Rosweill does have some good units. Basically their higher wattage units are pretty much all good. It's their lower end PSUs that are just plain bad.

Sounds like I was right then. And it should for sure do what I want with it right? Mmos at high and dual monitors for streaming videos from netflix yada yada? Thanks again everyone!
