550 Euro PC build Ireland

Hello I've seen a recent thread here:

But my request is a little bit different

I need a build and a monitor and a keyboard (a simple, cheap, functional keyboard), and I have 550 Euro for all of that.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that: It's supposed to be a low/mid end gaming pc.

what games specifically, and at what settings u wanna play.

I knew I forgot about something again! Thank you for reminding me!

It's a build for my friend, and he usually plays older/less demanding games like Payday, Killing Floor. Civ V, CS:GO, WarThunder and Dead Island Riptide (those two are the most demanding games on the list if I recall correctly), he is not really expecting to play BF4 on max settings or something like that.
