Hi i currently have 2 monitors. 1 Primary for games and 2 just as my desktop when playing non window games.

In GTA IV the in game pointer sometimes registers also on my desktop screen and when i click to shoot or action it minimises my game.

Anyone help ? Thanks

If you run the game in fullscreen, it shouldn't do that. If you run in full screen windowed and you click off of the screen, it shouldn't minimize your game, but will take the focus off of it.

yeah and its only gta i have this problem with. picture my primary display in game and my desktop left screen. My gun is pointing centre in game and my mouse is centre of the desk top. If i shoot right the mouse moves right. then when i click it minimises.

It's an issue with the game not locking the cursor. It happens to others too. There is software that will lock the cursor for you and is really the only solution. http://download.cnet.com/Cursor-Lock/3000-2072_4-107678...
