Would this be able to run crysis 3 on ultra? And if so with what fps?

CPU: AMD FX-8320 Black Edition but I could go up to the AMD FX-8350 Black Edition if the FX-8320 isn't enough, but i'd rather not.
GPU: XFX Radeon R9 290 4GB GDDR5
PSU: Cooler Master G650M, 650W PSU
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0, Socket-AM3+
Hard Drive: Seagate® Desktop SSHD 1TB
DDR3 Memory: Kingston DDR3 HyperX 1600MHz 8GB
Watercoolingsystem CPU: Cooler Master Seidon 120M CPU but could go up to the Corsair H55 Hydro Series CPU if that's really needed, but i'd rather not.
Monitor: Asus 27" LED MX279H
Case: Corsair Carbide 200R (this one http://images.bit-tech.net/content_images/2012/11/corsair-carbide-200r-review/carbide200r-16b.jpg)

Thank you for answering :)

you need two high end graphics card to max out crysis 3 at 1080p 60 fps...but one card will provide very nice framerate on high settings and medium anti-aliasing...unless you can deal with FPS around 35 or 40 at times, then yes you can run max settings on a r9 290 or GTX780...but 60fps max details require two card and overclocked CPU...crysis is a very demanding games in a category of it's own...
BF4 and AC4 are less demanding and BF4 will defently run at ultra preset at 1080P with 70 to 85 fps with an FX-8320 and GTX780 or r9 290...AC4 is badly optimised and will hover around 50 to 60 fps at almost max settings..

Could you be a bit more spesefic? A 690 what? Are you talking about cpu's or gpu's or what? Sorry but my knowledge with computers isn't much, I forgot to mention that, though I did.

The only problem here is that i'm not from america and i'm ordering from this other website. Would a ZOTAC GeForce GTX 780 3GB PhysX CUDA "Triple Silencer ", with DAYLIGH do? Or a
XFX Radeon R9 290X 4GB GDDR5 PCI-Express 3.0?
