Is this a good gaming PC for the money?

Want to build a pretty good gaming PC that will manage 1080p 30+fps high settings atleast.
Would the build below manage that, if not what would need replacing. Also if you think i should change a particular part for something better value or whatever reason please let me know!
If you could even tell me what you reckon this build will manage in terms of gaming that would be appreciated as always, cheers:

why would you advise against the nzxt full tower case? Would have thought it would be better and more future proof with its size etc? other than that i would agree with your build, cheers pal!

I was trying to cut down on the costs because I wasn't sure of the budget, and the Fractal Design R4 w/ window is the highest rated case on partpicker. That's all.

I still stand by the rest of the parts. The case can easily be changed without affecting performance.
