Gaming PC for casual/hardcore gaming

Hey all,
I'm looking for a build that would run games such as minecraft with good fps at Max settings but also more stressful games such as bf ..... I'm thinking this:
Processor :I5 4670k @4.1
Ram :8gb corsair vengeance ram
OS :Windows 8
PSU :600w corsair CX
Graphics :Gtx 770 2gb
Motherboard :Gigabyte Z87-HD3
Case :zalman z11 plus
CPU cooler :corsair H60 liquid cooler
120gb ssd
1tb hard drive

Is this too overpowered or will it do me fine for gaming with 2 monitors

The setup looks good from my end, but I wouldn't recommend the H60. I would get a higher end Water if you really want water, or go with a high end fan that are much better than an H60 like a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608018

Im not really sure about the cooler but im customing the build on dino PC so I only have an option of the corsair water coolers but I've read many reviews about them and they seem ok

I agree on going with a Corsair H100i/H110 or a good air cooler. I recently began using this and it is amazing for the price: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118075

They are I have a H100 and my best bud has an H60 its just the H60's radiator is too small for water cooling making it pretty useless.

OK that sounds cool, I'll change the cooler to a h100, any other changes,I'm pretty sure that the restof the build is pretty solid

I personally don't like windows 8 much prefer 7 but to each his own. Other than that its a solid build.

See I'm in two minds because w7 is more solid than w8 but I kinda want to explore and see if windows 8 is actually any good ...

I use Windows 8.1, which is pretty much Windows 7 with a few new features, it isn't that different. Most people who don't like it don't want change. They want the same design we've had from Windows 95..

Fair, I think I'm gonna keep with the windows 8 because of some of the newer features on it

The only other change I would suggest is getting an R9 280X for the GPU, I like having 3GB or more of VRAM, 2GB just is really pushing it for my personal uses
