So my screen on my laptop will black out for like half a second but then come back on, only when i'm plugged into my charger. It always does it twice, but twice frequently. The first time it uses the "device connected" sound, then the second time it uses the "device disconnected" sound. Those two times it blacks out all happen within 3 seconds. Than it just does it frequently.
