mine is running at 4.4ghz and it keep up really nice with my overclockedto 1275mhz gtx780 in every games the gpu load is 99% so no bottleneck except for skyrim modded and thief but those games are using onlylike 1 uber heavy thread and are built on old game engines...anything that use 3 threads or more this cpu is crushing data..

I have that exact setup and there is no bottle neck. I do have the 8320 OC'D to 4ghz though. The 8320 will bottle neck it in cpu limited games like star craft, but for the most part it is a great setup
