I just installed Elementary OS Luna alongside Windows 7 on my custom rig via a CD. When my PC boots from the HDD, it enters GNU GRUB version 1.99-21ubuntu3.10 and asks what OS I’d like to enter. I can’t scroll through the grub with the arrow keys. I can't even hit enter to boot from the top entry. I've tried multiple keyboards with no luck. A member of the Linux distribution's official forum told me to check if FastBoot was enabled. Where would it be located in my BIOS?

Did not see it. I would use the Boot select function (F12?) to select boot drive.

I'm also unable to use the arrow keys in the F12 boot menu. However, I was never able to in the first place. It's worth mentioning that I've tried multiple keyboards too.

I figured it out. USB keyboard was disabled in the BIOS.
