new graphics card...is it being used?

I originally built me computer with an apu(graphics card and cpu) and today I put in my new graphics card, but I am unsure which my computer is actually using. Is there a way to check if my computer is using the apu graphics card or the separate graphics card?

If you plug your graphics card into the monitor, that would be a clear indication that it is working. Make sure to have the right drivers installed.
