I am going to get a i5-4670k, maybe even a 4570, and i was planning to get a corsair h60 to cool it. I will be playing games on it a lot such as bf4 titanfall with a gtx 760 but not overclocked so do i even need water or would a cooler master hyper 212 evo do the job?

Solution
For any I5 running at stock MHz- even the stock Intel cooler is enough. Hyper 212 Evo will do the job way more silent than the stock cooler. The 212 will even allow you to go to 4.2/4.3 GHz without trouble or much noise.
