I'm not sure if this hard drive is compatible with motherboard

Solution
It will be. The board probably has SATA if you just bought it and SATA works with every HDD.

In all honesty though, do you mind if I ask why you would buy that HDD? They are highly over rated these days since SSDs came out and have pretty much made them a relic of the past.

I have actually seen a few issues from Toshiba more recently so I understand.

Still that drive is priced very high. If you want reliable that still has decent performance get a WD Black 2TB or Seagate Barracuda 2TB. Seagate also has a few hybrid SSHDs that combine the performance of a SSD with the storage of a HDD:

Almost half the price yet 2x the storage space and will out perform the Raptor by quite a bit.
