Will this Micro ATX mother board take both this sound card and video card?

Yes, it will, but why would you want a sound card? The integrated audio of most modern motherboards is equal to most sound cards so it really doesn't make sense to get one.

The sound card is designed for a pci slot . The second and third slots are suitable . The second will be covered by the graphics card cooler so its the third slot you will use

If you dont have those parts there are other , maybe better, options . Its unlikely the sound card will be noticeably better than the sound built in to the mb , and the graphics card is an older model that will run hot

sorry for the late reply and you probably don't care... but the speakers I have use certain connections(orange, green and black ones) and this mother board doesn't have those...
