Hello to everybody! This is my first post, so I'm sorry if I've done any mistakes. My problem is that 6 days ago, in every game I play, I cannot gain more than 10fps even in the lower settings. I have checked almost everything. I have checked for driver updates, I have defraged the HDD, I have checked for viruses and malwares and finally I have openned my laptop to clean it up from dust.
My laptop's specifications:
Intel core i3 380M 2.53Ghz
Amd Radeon HD 6370M 512MB
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
4GB RAM
320GB HDD

Before the problem I used to use FurMark. Usually the tempereature could reach 75 degrees and 4-5 fps, but now it can't reach even 60 degrees and it cannot exceed 1 fps! If someone has an idea about what's happening, please help me. If you need more info, feel free to ask me!

What games are you trying to play? Have you accidentally disabled the dedicated graphic card in the windows or the BIOS? Go to device manager and tell me what is written in display adapters. Also go to start menu write "dxdiag" without inverted commas and tell what is written there also tell me what is written in the driver version. Uninstall current nvidia drivers and download the drivers from the manufacturer site and see if that helps. Hope it helps you.

Thanks for the answer. I play GTA sa and iv. Attack on Pearl Harbor and Crysis 2. I don't think I have disabled the dedicated graphics card. I opened device manager and the only display adapter is AMD RADEON HD 6370M. In dxdiag It says that the display is the 6370M. In the drivers it says: Main Driver: aticfx64.dll x4 Version:8.741.1.5000 Date: 25/8/2010 WHQL Logo'd: Yes DDI Version : 11
Driver Model WDDM 1.1

First of all you need your dedicated graphic card is VRAM is very low only 512MB, and second try going to the control panel there should be Intel Graphics Media Controller open it choose advanced settings and go to 3D tab and post the pic of there or basically there will be a bar try to remove the tick and move that bar to performance and remove it from quality. Also go to Catalyst and post of the picture of it. I may help you further from there.
